In a recent ITSM.tools® poll, ‘ITSM advanced’ was chosen as the most-wanted topic for 2022 IT service management (ITSM) guidance. It therefore beat other topics that many would have predicted to be the top-spot filler, including digital transformation/workflows, artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning, and employee experience management — all of which people usually think are the hottest ITSM and broader service management trends.
